Your Role:
CEA CAPA is looking for a Salesforce Developer to maintain and update our Salesforce environment while actively managing development sprints. We’re looking for a skilled professional who can take initiative and contribute effectively from day one.
As a global organization, you’ll collaborate with team members across different regions, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is highly valued at CEA CAPA.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Starting Salary: $130,000
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
