CRA seeks a Mid-Level Architectural Historian to work in association with our Knoxville, Tennessee office.
Employment Type : Salaried; Full-Time
Compensation : $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

DESCRIPTION
Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. seeks a mid-level Architectural Historian to work out of our Knoxville, TN office. Applicants should have an understanding of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and applicable Section 106 regulations. Previous experience with some or all of the following is required : architectural resource surveys, Section 106 compliance, and / or National Register of Historic Places nominations. Previous experience with HABS / HAER documentation, design guidelines, historic structure reports, preservation planning, and / or researching and designing interpretive materials such as signage and brochures also is desirable. Knowledge of Tennessee Historical Commission and Tennessee Department of Transportation survey guidelines is a plus.
