The ideal candidate will excel in partnership development and engagement, creative program design and implementation, and linking industry trends to regional global expertise. The person in this role should bring a strong operational and project management lens, balancing flexibility with strong attention to detail as well as have experience presenting to clients.

This is a hybrid position based in Washington, D.C. metro area (60% in-person, 40% remote)

The Ideal Candidate Will
- demonstrate experience with nurturing new and maintaining existing business relationships
- demonstrate track record in creating new program concepts, taking the concepts to market, and implementing the programs as designed
- manages overseas implementing partners to ensure delivery of program content prior to delegation travel to refine final schedule of activities and logistical components
- reviews and continuously evolves virtual platforms to ensure timely and accurate communications
- the ability to remain extremely organized and detail-oriented while balancing big picture strategy for business development
- develops, reviews, and advances marketing materials and branding for the Citizen Ambassador Program
