Duties
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative event concepts that align with our brand's vision and cultural objectives
- Participate in or lead (depending on experience level) the creation of detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Contribute to or oversee various aspects of event production, from initial concept to on-site execution
- Help develop and implement creative solutions to enhance event experiences, such as interactive installations, immersive environments, and unique activations
- Participate in analyzing post-event data and feedback to continually improve our offerings and stay ahead of cultural trends
- Collaborate with our media team to ensure seamless integration of video, photography, and social media content creation during events
Skills and Qualifications

- A genuine passion for event production, cultural trends, and creative experiences
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of event management and cultural production
- Basic understanding of current cultural trends, art, music, and lifestyle scenes (we'll help you deepen this knowledge)
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills; willingness to learn industry-specific software
- Any experience in event planning, cultural studies, or related fields is a plus, but not require
Job Types: Contract, Freelance
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
