We have an amazing team in our Cape Coral practice, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We offer a flexible full-time schedule to fit the needs of the doctor. Partnership and ownership opportunities are available for the right practitioner.
Our Cape coral location is a new privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will thrive in a one doctor practice and have access to an average of 50 new patients a month.
This location is comprised of FFS and PPO with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package for our general dentist is above industry standards: 35% compensation on collections, also offered as a greater of during the daily guarantee period. Current Production to Collection Ratio is 99%.
General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties:
- Fixing or removing damaged teeth
- Filling cavities
- Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
- Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
- Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
- Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
- Measuring and fitting dental appliances
- Referring patients to a specialist if needed
General Dentist Skills & Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A state of Florida license to practice dentistry
- Patience when dealing with patients
- Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work with hands in small spaces
- Good problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
