Your Role as a Dental Assistant:
Help us make every visit to the dentist a pleasant and efficient experience for our patients. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth office operations while delivering outstanding patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure their comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Assist the dentist during procedures with 4-handed dentistry.
- Pack cord, fabricate temporary crowns, and assist with digital scanning.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-op care.
- Handle lab tasks, schedule appointments, and assist with payment procedures.
- Keep dental rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a dental assistant.
- Valid Radiography and CPR Certification (a must).
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus.
- Strong skills in packing cord, making temporary crowns, and digital scanning.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and people skills.
- A high school diploma (graduating from a dental assistant school is preferred).
- Bonus points for additional certifications like EFDA!
