About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our practice. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment while supporting the team and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. If you’re highly organized, people-oriented, and ready to take the lead, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including schedules, staffing, and supplies.
- Supervise and support office staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Maintain patient flow efficiency, ensuring an excellent experience from check-in to check-out.
- Handle billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with dental office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and oversee marketing and patient retention strategies.
- Coordinate with the dentist and clinical team to optimize workflows.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in dental office management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Open Dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with dental insurance billing and coding is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma required; additional training or certifications in office management are a plus.
