What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and ensure their visit starts off on the right note
- Manage scheduling, patient check-ins, and appointment confirmations
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Process patient payments and insurance verifications
- Keep the front office running smoothly with efficiency and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental or front desk experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
