We are looking for a DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR!!!

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Explain dental procedures in simple, patient-friendly terms.
- Review treatment plans with patients based on the doctor’s recommendations.
- Understand dental insurance coverage, limitations, frequencies, and deductibles.
- Process primary and secondary insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist patients with financing options, including credit applications.
- Provide administrative and practical support to the dentist as needed.
- Proactively contact patients with unscheduled treatment or hygiene recalls during downtime.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma (required).
- Previous dental experience (required).
- Experience with Open Dental software (preferred).
- Dental assisting skills (a plus).
- Knowledge of dental billing and PPO insurance protocols.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in computer and typing skills.
