Job Description : Position Summary
As a System / Network Engineer, you will develop and maintain technical relationships with clients while ensuring their IT environments operate securely and efficiently. You will champion the Standards and Alignment process to drive client success, reduce recurring issues through root cause analysis, and provide innovative solutions. Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for your assigned clients, you will be at the forefront of improving their IT operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth onboarding of new clients, including inventory setup, tool deployment, workflow reviews, thorough documentation, and pain point identification.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client points of contact, serving as their dedicated IT provider.
- Gain expertise in client-specific software and maintain vendor relationships for efficient support.
- Conduct technical assessments and workflow reviews for clients on a recurring basis.
- Complete internal and external vulnerability scans.
- Assist the Professional Services team with project coordination and execution.
- Provide technical and workflow recommendations to the vCIO team.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues by identifying root causes and implementing proactive solutions.
- Participate in internal strategy planning sessions with Systems Architects, vCIOs, and Design Desk teams.
- Identify and address trending client issues, collaborating with the business consulting and support teams.
- Contribute to the IT Standards Committee.
- Attend and complete internal technical or professional training sessions.
