The CEO Advisor – Management Consultant – Strategic Advisor would spend their time partnering with, training, and advising CEOs and their leadership teams on how to be “people smart”, so they can be confident (90% assurance) they are not only hire the right people the first time, but that they know how to get the most out of their teams to hit their goals and drive business growth
To be clear – this role isn’t for the faint of heart.
