The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video, photography, and graphics, which meets the trade outcomes of our incredibly fast-moving and innovative business. You will be part content creator and part analyst working alongside the Marketing & Studio teams to provide the Culture Kings business with a non-stop flow of video content for a wide variety of channels. This role will be responsible for ensuring all US product releases, Vegas events and store screens are covered and up to date. You will be an integral, linking part of the marketing, studio and digital teams to deliver US-based content from our store location. You will also be responsible for implementing a framework of content creation from this store location by sourcing and initiating relationships with like-minded content creators and developing their, and the retail team’s, skills and knowledge of the brand and content needs.

Responsibilities
- Create content for all social media channels at each event in store
- Capture notable guests and activities in the store each day
- Complete content requests needed from our Las Vegas store
- Ensure store screens are up to date and displaying the correct messages at all times
- Identify and trial promising retail staff in content
- Identify and deliver product/content opportunities in store and create engaging content to drive an outcome
- Identify and book outsourced team of photographers for events
- Build a network of local content creators to book for future events and content needs
- Develop a regular cadence of retail staff appearing in content and workshop with them to improve overall output and performance
- Work with the Content Strategy Manager to develop and implement a content creation process for the Las Vegas retail team
- Own and deliver campaign and lifestyle shoots from that location
- 2-3 years of photography and videography experience in an in-house or freelance setting
- Ability to travel to our studio in Costa Mesa, CA with reliable transportation; work remotely or off-site when required. Shoots will primarily be conducted in Costa Mesa, CA but marketing campaign shoots may occasionally take place in the greater Southern California region (i.e. Los Angeles)
- Must possess a passion for photography and creative content – portfolio and work examples will be required
- Basic understanding of professional photography, videography, and studio lighting
- A keen interest in fashion, pop culture, sports, music, and art
- Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere along with file management platforms, including Google Drive and Capture One
- Able to lift and carry photo equipment up to 50 lbs., including portable lights, c-stands, sand bags, props, etc
- Adaptable in a fast paced environment, able to work independently with diverse groups of talent, and possess a go-getter attitude when running into challenges
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
