What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Manager position at Culture Management?
Essential Job Functions:
· Ensure that team members are clocking in under correct job code by checking punch ins on T-sheets so that the job cost is associated to the correct department.
· Accurately fill out and enter data into various spreadsheets that will allow the management team to track and follow team and individual productivity.
· Run routine quality control inspections by checking team members work to ensure the product is free from errors or mistakes.
· Assign daily job duties and responsibilities to team members to ensure that production needs, goals, and deadlines are being met.
· Review team members metrics on various productions spreadsheets to verify that team members are meeting established production goals.
· Complete all closing duties in accordance with SOPS to ensure that all product is properly stored and building is safe and secure before leaving.
· Strive to maintain and foster a safe and comfortable work environment by monitoring interactions and conversation between team members to prevent a hostile work environment and maintain a healthy work environment.
· Assist in in ensuring that all labels are compliant with proper information and placement.
· Execute duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Perform additional duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
