Culture Pop is a leader in the growing functional soda category. We are distributed nationally in major Chains: Safeway, Raley’s, Nob Hill, Sprouts, Walmart, Whole Foods… and are sold locally in several regional chains and independent stores.
Our Regional Sales Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities

Our Regional Sales Manager Will Have The Following Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution growth throughout territory with our distributor and aggressively pursue new accounts and foster relationships with current account base
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
- Organize training for Regional Sales team
- Manage and lead the NorCal team while setting an example by working throughout the territory
- Communicate retail account activity to our local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and management teams
- Plan and manage individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within territory
- Use data and analytics (VIP, Spins, Retailer Portal Data) to plan and prioritize work and to develop selling stories that help engage our distributors and retailers.
- YOU MUST LIVE IN THE NorCal Bay Area – The work will require covering the distributors and retailers throughout the territory.
- Experience managing and leading a team of Territory sales reps
- Desire to spend 3 days a week in the field, plus regular travel to regional distributors in NorCal and NV
- Consistent calls on local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers
- Regular distributor and Culture Pop Rep ride-a-longs
- Salary Ranges $95,000 - $105,000 annual, depending on experience.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in beverage or other similar CPG industry
- Must be a self-starter, organized and driven to succeed and win
- Excellent sales and relationship development skills
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in basic computer skills, excel, word and the google suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
