We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing Financial Services business.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s digital marketing vision and strategy to grow brand awareness and establish meaningful digital relationships with key target audiences, including retail investors, active traders, and financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Leverage best practices and technical tools to enhance brand and product awareness within key market segments.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Utilize state-of-the-art marketing platforms and CRM systems to drive tactical execution, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with the content development team to create segment-specific content marketing programs.
• Define and measure critical KPIs and ROI to ensure marketing initiatives deliver value.
• Lead, manage, and train the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
• Motivate and inspire the team to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
• 10-15 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies tailored to retail investors and financial advisors.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), CRM systems, and analysis tools like Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of social media strategies, advertising executions, and web design principles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
