How You Will Make An Impact
As the HR Generalist of West Coast Glass, you will lead our company to continued success by managing the performance of daily HR processes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting People Operations including employee lifecycle, relations, and administration of strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted partner to Senior Leadership by providing recommendations and driving culture accountability.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support West Coast Glass goals
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and provide help to employees as needed
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent development
- Streamline and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive initiatives that have a significant positive impact on employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- 4 years of hands-on Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources and/or HR Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of California Human Resources laws
- Experience using payroll/HRIS system, ADP preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish -English) required
- Proven ability to align organizational strategy and drive performance by creating actionable processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse workforce and stakeholders
- Motivated, growth-minded, with high emotional intelligence, and eager to learn
- Agile and able to serve as a role model for the organization by reflecting professionalism, positivity, and a collaborative environment
- Competitive non-exempt pay averaging $75,000- $95,000 per year
