Job Summary :
We are looking for an Automation Expert responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated solutions to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate various processes across the organization
- Work with Client and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation
- Design, implement, and test new automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology and business processes
- Monitor automated processes to ensure they are running smoothly and take corrective action when necessary
- Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep abreast of new developments in automation technology and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization's systems
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to users of automated systems
- Write technical documentation for automation solutions
- Provide input to the development of IT policies and procedures related to automation
- Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation
