Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic District Manager to oversee multiple QSR restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations and developing high-performing teams. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the assigned district.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Ensure all locations meet company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to build strong, effective teams.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute district-level strategies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry.
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, including P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned district as needed.
