The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee catering events and coordinate with kitchen staff for successful execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management within the food industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems, food handling procedures, and catering operations.
- Strong team management and supervisory skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
- Hamburger University Certification
