This role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple medical office locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure efficient operations and outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of two medical office locations, ensuring all facilities are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and support office managers and staff to achieve operational excellence and high patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and patient care.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue cycles, and expense management for each location.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of administrative and support staff.
- Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency and compliance across locations.
- Generate and analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical office management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-location role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Proficient in healthcare software systems (e.g., EHR/EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and coding processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally between locations as needed.
