RESPONSIBILITIES: The Summer Temporary Rental Maintenance Technician performs the work necessary to ensure Culver rental properties are well maintained both inside and out. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, repairing, altering, improving, and constructing our rental homes, guest homes, and apartments. They will perform maintenance, make major or minor repairs, make improvements, and recommend items that need to be replaced.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess a High School Diploma/GED and a valid Indiana driver's license with a good driving record; on the job training will be provided. This position is physically demanding and requires that an individual have the physical ability to meet the requirements of the job which includes reaching with hands and arms, lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and extensive walking.
