My client is looking to expand their sales org and add a Strategic Solutions Director (IC role) that will be focused on growing enterprise clients.

- Calling into a variety of industries including high-tech, manufacturing, automotive, aviation and life sciences.
- Clients include Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Microsoft, Genentech and many more.
- Deal size range from $2M-$20M ($5M/monthly quota). Average sales cycle is 3 months.
- Account management team in place to support all clients.

- Base salary- $130K-$140K 10% of deals closed = $190K-$280K year!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
- 5 years of calling into Enterprise level clients
- 3 years exp closing $2M-$20M deals
- CRM experience required; HubSpot
- Must be polished, articulate, and possess advanced and influential management, client/customer and verbal/written communication skills.
- This sales leader must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently to demonstrate clear and measured sales growth progress.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
