They are looking to hire a dynamic Senior Business Development Account Manager
You will be an expert in understanding and responding to the unique strategies and goals within my client's network of U.S .retailers. These customers include four major retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the existing customer base in the United States.
Short Overview
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support for business development initiatives.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends & competitive landscape
• Track and analyze business development metrics
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience selling to U.S. businesses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and identifying new business opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Must have B&M experience with at least one of the following retailers: Best Buy, Walmart, Target or Costco
- Must have category experience in one of the following: Home goods, consumer electronics, home appliances, smart home, floor & kitchen, home décor, or home furniture. (No food & beverage, apparel, shoes, or sporting goods.
- This candidate must live (or have ties) in the greater Seattle area.
Salary Range: $135,000-$145,000 (slightly more DOE) 10-15% bonus full benefits 401K plan with 50% company match up t 4%
