What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Intern position at Culver Franchising System, LLC?
As a Training Department Intern for the Summer of 2025 with Culver Franchising System, you will gain hands on experience supporting best-in-class training. You will assist in developing and enhancing training workshops and training materials for managers and franchisees across the Culver’s system.
Position Responsibilities Include:
• Support presentations for manager workshops and the Franchisee Development Program by creating, editing, and evolving PowerPoints and other presentation resources including handouts
• Work with presenters and other members of the Training team to collaborate in refining workshop content
• Observe and take notes during workshop presentations to aid in content development and engagement opportunities
• Support various components of Culver’s ButterBurger University, including BBU Workshops and the Franchise Development Program to strengthen content and delivery of training sessions via in person, virtual, and field training
• Support workshop preparation, engagement activities, facilitation, and other needs of the training team
• Current enrollment in Human Resources/Training, Education or related program; Juniors and Seniors preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong written communication and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Restaurant experience is a plus (especially Culver’s!)
Starting Pay Range: Starting at $15.00 per hour
This is a full-time, paid, 12-week summer internship at our Support Center in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin right on the Wisconsin River, just a short drive from Madison!
