As a Crew Member at Culver’s of Paducah, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and friendly restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and assemble food items, including ButterBurgers®, Fresh Frozen Custard, and other menu items, following Culver’s quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with stocking and organizing supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction from managers.
- Provide quick and efficient service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, if assigned to the register.
- Uphold Culver’s values of hospitality, teamwork, and high-quality service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- No previous experience required—training will be provided.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- A team-player mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
