We are looking for people who have a passion for Outstanding Guest service and providing a Great Team Member experience. Successful ‘Restaurant Managers’ have been in roles such as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers for 5 years and have worked in Fast Casual restaurants.
The manager assists the Owner Operator in providing direction, training and the skill to ensure every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.
A Culver’s Manager:
- Has excellent people and Guest service skills, each guest leaves happy.
- Assists Owner Operator to increase sales and net profit of the business.
- Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
- Manages both Front and Back of the House operations.
- Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
- Is responsible for all product ordering and receiving along with portion controls.
- Is responsible for scheduling and running efficient shifts of Crew Members
- Is able to read, interpret and positively impact COF and Labor reports.
- Operates the business in accordance with strict Culver’s standards.
- Cultivates a diverse culture for our Crew Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment
- Coaches and teaches our Crew Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.
In these roles, you will manage the entire restaurant and duties working as a member of the ownership management team.
