Culver-Stockton College is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Head Women’s Golf Coach. C-SC offers experiential learning with a 12-3 academic calendar which provides an innovative four-year program of studies and experiences that prepares students for career success like no other college or university in the nation. C-SC will field 19 NAIA sports which compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
In Accordance with all NAIA, and Culver-Stockton College policies and procedures, the position of Head Women’s Golf Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the entire operation of the women’s golf program, including, but not limited to, the recruitment of student-athletes, contest scheduling, practice and contest planning, player skill development, academic monitoring and office/budget management.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree or significant experience in the sport of golf. Qualified candidates will have experience as a successful collegiate participant in golf, preferably experience coaching at the collegiate level, and have the ability to recruit and motivate student-athletes. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to academic success and compliance with NAIA, and institutional policies and procedures.
