We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Float Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling various banking transactions. Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to promote bank products and services through upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist in balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Utilize financial software for transaction processing and reporting purposes.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks as needed.
- Assist customers with debits and credits on their accounts, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash management or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with banking operations or financial software is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to perform loan origination tasks as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for accurate data entry.
- A commitment to upholding confidentiality and security standards in all transactions.
