**Job Overview:**
As a Working Supervisor at Cumberland Construction Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of workers, ensuring project completion according to industry standards and specifications.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal framing/carpentry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing crews.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of masonry experience.
Duties:
- Supervise construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Implement project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with project managers for efficient project execution
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements/Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment
- Proficient in Project scheduling to ensure timely project completion
- Knowledge of metal framing systems and techniques
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, technical specifications, and follow project plans
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
