With our recent addition of the ACA program to our portfolio, we are looking for a motivated individual to help us reach more communities and private sites, providing crucial health insurance to those who qualify.
This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $40-50k, with opportunities for additional bonuses. You’ll work Monday through Friday, gaining valuable experience in client relations and community outreach.
Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:
- Interacting with clients in person or via phone
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working independently and with minimal supervision
- Making a positive impact in underserved communities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
