Client Relationship Manager

Cumberland Consulting is seeking a full-time Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. We are an expanding marketing company known for our innovative approach to connecting clients with essential services. With our recent addition of the ACA program to our portfolio, we are looking for a motivated individual to help us reach more communities and private sites, providing crucial health insurance to those who qualify.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $40-50k, with opportunities for additional bonuses. You’ll work Monday through Friday, gaining valuable experience in client relations and community outreach.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

• Interacting with clients in person or via phone
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working independently and with minimal supervision
• Making a positive impact in underserved communities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
