- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service and contribute to client success.
- Monitor client feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software.
Who You Are:
- A great communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions with ease.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is a plus—but not required. We provide training!
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Google sheets (preferred but not required).
