Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities
What You Need to Apply:

Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field

Three years of post-graduate work experience in a mental health or related field with clinical training

LAC or LSW Required LPC or LCSW Preferred

Minimum two years of experience supervising a program delivering clinical services

Strong oral and written communication skills

Thorough knowledge of the mental health field and a commitment to community-based care

Willingness to work a 40-hour flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities

Ability to work collaboratively as a team member

Valid automobile driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards
Position Overview:
As the Acute Care and Residence Systems Director of Operations, you will ensure all Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) regulations, policies, and procedures are met across the PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment), PESS (Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services), and Residential Services programs. You will provide administrative and clinical oversight, monitor consumer needs and trends, authorize treatment extensions in collaboration with Program Managers, and support effective, client-centered service delivery.

The Systems Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with agency personnel practices, and supporting the development and implementation of appropriate treatment modalities. You will play a vital leadership role in guiding teams, enhancing clinical outcomes, and promoting high-quality mental health care in the community.
