Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (20 hours per week)
What You Need to Apply:

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Some knowledge and experience of groundskeeping

Some knowledge and experience with handyman-type tasks

Experience with janitorial tools/equipment such as a floor buffer, and knowledge of properly cleaning carpets, tile floors, walls, etc.

Experience with riding and manual lawnmowers

Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by carrier (5-year abstract will be processed and must be clear of suspensions and multiple points)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Position Overview:
As a Janitorial Maintenance Worker, you will assist in the maintenance and cleaning of Cumberland County Guidance Center properties and offices. Your role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our clients and staff.
What Does This Position Look Like?
The Janitorial Maintenance Worker assists the Maintenance Staff in fulfilling work order requests for minor repairs on site, provides delivery to satellite locations and assists in the maintenance of the organizations fleet. This individual may be involved in working with vendors onsite and in the community. This position also assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the interior buildings at 2038 Carmel Rd, to include offices.
