- Opening and sorting license applications that are mailed to the office.
- Processes antlerless deer applications of customers to include examining documentation and payment for accuracy and completeness.
- Records license numbers and pertinent information in PA Game Commission Website.
- Print and mail licenses to applicants.
- Operates computer, typewriter, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Enters data into computer for record keeping purposes.
- Assists with all clerical duties including copying and filing.
- Greets and assists visitors or directs them to proper office location.
- Assists in answering phone and taking messages in the department.
- Assists with special projects as assigned Treasurer.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work : Education :
