Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is Seeking a Certified Lifeguard!
As part of the Recreation Therapy team, the lifeguard position:
- Provides continuous patient care monitoring, supervision, interaction of patients while participating in swimming activities, intervening as needed.
- Ensures the safety and cleanliness of the pool and pool area, reporting any safety concerns to the nursing supervisor
- Performs well under stress and emergency situations
- Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
- Requires excellent communication and observation skills
- Certification is required
