What You’ll Own
- Team Leadership & Culture – Build a team where accountability, performance, and pride are foundational. Set expectations, coach for success, and foster a team-first shop culture.
- Fleet Uptime & Process Efficiency – Use advanced tools and proactive strategies to maximize uptime, reduce breakdowns, and optimize every aspect of the service workflow.
- Communication & Coordination – Serve as the central point of communication between technicians, vendors, sales, and customers. Keep all parties informed, aligned, and focused.
- Customer & Vendor Relationships – Act as a trusted voice to our lease and rental customers, managing expectations and coordinating timely repairs—both in-house and through vendors.
- Financial & Inventory Oversight – Take ownership of budgets, parts inventory, estimates, invoices, and service records to ensure cost control and transparency.
- Shop Safety & Compliance – Maintain a clean, organized shop environment that meets all safety standards and fosters continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in service or fleet maintenance leadership
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in technician scheduling, repair order flow, and vendor coordination
- Skilled in problem-solving, prioritizing, and keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Familiarity with fleet technologies, diagnostic software, and service tracking systems
- A proactive, hands-on leader who builds culture, not just process
