Our Cumberland International Trucks branch in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our growing team. This is a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM position. - Preparation, coding, & submission of all International/vendor warranty claims in a timely manner & with correct/proper documentation
- Understands & ensures compliance with all international/vendor policies & warranty procedures
- Assists technicians & service staff in determining which components/failures are covered
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments within the appropriate accounting schedule weekly / Posts all credits/chargebacks / Follows up on payment of outstanding claims, not to exceed 60 days
- Reviews warranty chargebacks with service manager; resubmits rejected or underpaid claims if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the Medium / Heavy Duty truck, automotive industry / High degree of product & technical knowledge / Great organizational skills
- Understand, communicate, & evaluate all vendors/Intl. warranty guidelines, approval processes & policies
- Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer / Self-motivated with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Superior problem-solving skills to achieve a win-win solution / Understanding & experience with Microsoft programs/applications
