Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents in group home settings.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Ensure the health and safety of residents through proper medication administration and emergency response planning.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
