- Supervise residents in all aspects of the residential program
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents
- Coordinate daily schedules and duties/activities of the residents
- Maintain complete and accurate program records
- Prepare meals for residents
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical appointments and other events
- Perform duties essential to the welfare of the program
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand special training needs of intellectually disabled individuals
- Ability to successfully complete training in medication administration, first aid, and behavioral intervention
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
