Qualifications:
Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, an affiliate of Chord Specialty Dental Partners, is currently seeking an Orthodontist to serve our pediatric patients in Cookeville, TN!
Cookeville is known for it's beautiful waterfalls, lakes, and hiking. Cookeville's low cost of living and proximity to Nashville makes this a great place to settle. Tennessee does not have a state income tax, so you keep more of your hard earned money in Cookeville!

- DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Certificate in Orthodontics
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure
- No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board
