Must hold RI Early Childhood Certification or be eligible to obtain that certification
The Cumberland School Department is proud to offer a full day kindergarten program to its early learners. We are looking for a dynamic kindergarten teacher who will provide an educational program for kindergarten students in an environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students to promote positive attitudes of self-worth; motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a solid foundation for further participation in the total school program, in accordance with each student's ability; establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members.
