Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 35-45 files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform all traditional processing tasks.
- Communicate proactively with agents, lenders, and other stakeholders via phone and email to ensure smooth transactions.
- Complete real estate closings as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: minimum 3-5 years as a title processor

- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and compliance in all tasks.

- Full-Time and In-Office
- Experience with Softpro Select software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
