Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cumberland Village Center.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning to ensure effective patient care.
- Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders with precision and accuracy.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff to maintain high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
