Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing condition, reporting changes in condition, administering medications, performing treatments, and contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a degree from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program, hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing, or be pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if applicable.
