Corporate Counsel Position at EG America

We are seeking a talented Corporate Counsel to join our fast-paced legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a broad range of matters including litigation, contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate multiple types of contracts with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely advice to internal business clients on corporate policies and a variety of legal issues.
• Assist business clients with resolving contract and other commercial disputes.
• Manage litigation matters, perform basic litigation functions, and supervise outside counsel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Massachusetts or other state bar.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in person at corporate headquarters 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in commercial contract review and negotiations.
• Prior in-house experience.
