Job Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate multiple types of contracts with minimal supervision
- Provide timely advice to internal business clients on corporate policies and legal issues
- Assist business clients with resolving contract and other commercial disputes
- Manage litigation matters and supervise outside counsel
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to Massachusetts or other state bar
- 5 years of relevant experience
