Position Summary :
The Inventory Analyst will collect and analyze raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information for the in-house Facility Support team. Acquiring, merging, and refining data from primary and / or secondary data sources such as Smart Sheets and Oracle Fusion to help management make informed inventory decisions. This position will also be responsible for performing and assisting in data-heavy tasks in Fusion. As well as understating, applying, maintaining, and creating new inventory items. The Analyst will also maintain all of the in-house teams' Smart Sheets.
Responsibilities :
Working Relationships : This position will need to interact will all of the FSS in-house team. They will be working closely with their direct supervisor, the Purchase Order Coordinator and the parts team.
Minimum Education : High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education : High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience : 0-2 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred
Preferred Experience : 2-5 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred
Licenses / Certifications : None.
Soft Skills : Strong Communication Skills, Multi-Tasking, Ability to Organize. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferred

Physical : The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
