Responsibilities :
Typical Responsibilities :
Train, manage, and evaluate Network team of up to 20 employees.
Assist Strategic Account Manager in preparing schedules.
Plan and coordinate material and logistical needs.
Track production to meet / beat labor goals.
Oversee quality assurance and quality controls programs.
Ensure all installations meet quality and code standards.
Qualifications : Qualifications :
Experience running teams of 10 to 20 employees.
5 years as a Network Technician.
Proficiency in installing communications conduit, cable tray, and pathway installations.
Knowledge of network topology and network migrations.
Maintains a communications credential manufacturer specific or other.
Proficient in creating installation layouts.
Mastery level experience in planning material, tool, and logistical needs of a project.
Operate an OTDR with proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications :
Mastery level experience tracking, managing, and beating labor hours in bluebooks.
Manage client relations while upholding company standards.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
