Responsibilities
Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
- A valid TDLR Journeyman’s License is required. (4 years in the trade)
- Ability to assist Strategic Account Manager in preparing construction schedules
- Create, influence, and maintain schedules for proper resource utilization and material usage, Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Can oversee a crew of 20 electricians while effectively tracking production to meet/beat labor goals
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Salesforce.
- Create & maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and incident reports, Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the client to identify and resolve any conflicts
- Ability to build and grow partnerships with clients for continued work
- Can build/design effective layout drawings and record drawings
- Responsible for appropriately operating a company vehicle. (Misuse or abuse of company vehicles will not be tolerated.) (Active driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle report)

Pay Range $40.00 - $50.00 Per Hour Compensation commensurate with experience.
