Summary
Primary function is to increase the volume of business within the Sign & Lighting Maintenance Sector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop key business partnerships within the SLM Sector while also onboarding their new store business, if available
- Attend SLM Trade Shows and New Business Shows to develop sales leads. (Connex & RFMA mandatory)
- Be knowledgeable about the SLM platforms
- Collaborate with our Director of SLM to onboard new business efficiently
- Must be able to track and report sales efforts in Salesforce
- Working with the SVP of Sales & Marketing to develop marketing strategies to increase the SLM business
- Market SLM with our existing accounts by coordinating with the Directors
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new Clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems
- Sign & Lighting Maintenance
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Participate in outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Maintaining client activities in Salesforce
- Developing and presenting proposals/pricing with the Director of SLM and the SVP of Sales & Marketing
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
- Developing rapport with key decision-makers
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to opportunity award
- Participating in virtual and in-person sales meetings

Education and/or Experience
Associates or Bachelors degree from college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
